Areas of Practice

Mr. Ditto limits his practice to real estate law, including easements, eminent domain, access to minerals in split estate cases, boundary disputes, access to landlocked property, surface mining and related issues.  He represents primarily commercial and industrial interests pertaining to oil and gas, electric transmission, surface mining, roads and highways, telecommunications and related industries
